Google Calendar Sync
On every plan, you connect Timing to Google Calendar from the app and approve access on Google's own screen, and your Timing appointments appear in your Google Calendar. From the Professional plan, you can also pick Google calendars whose events block time in Timing, so customers see only times you are really free. Cancelling an appointment is done in Timing: deleting its copy in Google does not cancel it.
Why Google Calendar Sync in Timing?
On every plan, your Timing appointments appear in your Google Calendar, next to your personal events
From the Professional plan, events from the Google calendars you pick block time in Timing, so customers cannot book when you are busy
On every plan, an appointment booked, moved or cancelled in Timing is updated in Google Calendar too
From the Professional plan, for each Google calendar that blocks time in Timing, you choose whether all-day events block too
Customers see only free times, never the details of your events
On every plan, the connection works on the web, iPhone and Android, and you can disconnect any time without anything being deleted
How It Works
1. Connect
On every plan, tap Connect Google Calendar in the app and approve access on Google's own screen. You never type your account details into Timing.
2. Appointments Go to Google
On every plan, your Timing appointments are added to your Google Calendar, with the service name as the title and the appointment's details in the description. Customers get no event invitation from Google.
3. Pick Calendars That Block Time
From the Professional plan, choose which Google calendars block time in Timing, and for each one whether all-day events block too.
4. Changes Carry Over
On every plan, a new appointment, a move or a cancellation in Timing is updated in Google. From the Professional plan, an event moved or deleted in Google moves or frees its block in Timing.
Frequently Asked Questions

Not fully. On every plan, your Timing appointments are added to Google Calendar, and from the Professional plan, events from the Google calendars you pick block time in Timing. Changing an appointment's time in Google can move it in Timing, but deleting its copy in Google does not cancel it: cancelling is done in Timing.
Can my clients see my personal calendar?
