Is it really free to start?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 15 appointments a month, with no credit card. Your first business also gets a one-time 14-day Premium trial, then moves to the Free plan automatically with no charge. Upgrade only when your business needs more.
I'm not great with technology. Is this for me?
Absolutely! If you know how to use WhatsApp and Facebook, you already know how to use Timing. We built it specifically for people who don't want to deal with complicated tech.
Can I change my plan later?
From the Free plan, a paid plan starts at checkout. During the Premium trial, a paid plan starts only when the trial ends. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, change plans in the app; if you pay on the web, contact us and we'll switch it for you. A cancellation applies at the end of the period you already paid for.
Does it work on my phone browser?
Yes! Timing works directly in your browser - no app download needed. Works on iPhone, Android, and desktop.
Can I import my existing customer list?
Of course. You can import customers from an Excel/CSV file in one click, or add them manually.
Is the app available in Hebrew?
Yes! Timing is fully available in Hebrew and English. It's built for the Israeli market with WhatsApp reminders on paid plans, local pricing in shekels, and SMS messaging tools.
What happens when a customer cancels?
You get an instant notification and the slot opens up again. With the waiting list (Professional plan and up), once you turn it on, the first waiting request that fits that time is booked into it, or held for your approval if you turned auto-approve off, and the customer is told once it is booked.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted and stored on Google Cloud - the same infrastructure that runs Gmail and YouTube.
