How to add a service

A service is anything a customer can book with you: a haircut, a treatment, a class, or a consultation. Without at least one service, nobody can book.

  4. Fill in name, price, and duration

These three matter most. The name is what customers see, so write it the way you say it on the phone. The duration decides how much room the service takes in your calendar, which is also how available times are offered to customers. Price can be 0 if the service is free.

  5. Pick a colour (optional)

Under "Service colour" you can give each service its own colour. On a busy day you will read your calendar at a glance.

  6. Tap "Save"

The button sits at the top of the form. The service appears on your public booking page immediately, and customers can book it from that moment.

Tips from the field

Start with three to five core services. A short, clear list converts better than a long one people have to wade through.

If a service takes a different amount of time per customer, enter the average. You can always change the length of a specific appointment when you approve it.

A service several people attend together, like a class or a workshop, is set up with the "Allow multiple participants" option and a capacity.

Common questions

Yes. Edit the service and turn off the option that opens it for bookings. The service and all of its history stay with you, but customers no longer see it on your booking page.

It depends on your plan. If you hit the limit, the plus button shows a lock and takes you to the upgrade screen.

Existing appointments keep the price they were booked at. The new price applies only to new bookings.
