Appointment Scheduling for Private Tutors

Private tutors run a calendar of standing lessons: the same student at the same hour every week, parents booking for their kids, and cancellations that land right before an exam. Timing is a scheduling system that fits this work, whether you teach school subjects, languages, music, or driving theory. You book a lesson once and set it to repeat weekly or monthly, and you can skip a single week without breaking the series. Parents and students book an extra lesson through your booking link, and the WhatsApp reminder goes to the phone number on the client card. A cancellation policy sets how late a lesson can be cancelled, and a waiting list helps you offer a freed hour to another student. Online lessons can carry a Zoom link, and lesson packages are tracked with a punch card. There is a free plan with up to 15 bookings a month, and paid plans from ₪79 a month, with a 14-day free trial. Updated October 1, 2026.

Challenges Facing Private Tutors

Standing lessons at the same hour every week: rebooking each one by message eats time and breeds mistakes

The parent books and the student attends: hard to keep track of who is who and which number gets the reminder

Last-minute cancellations, especially before exams, leave an empty hour that is hard to fill

Packages of several lessons live on paper or in your head, and it is not always clear how many lessons are left

How Timing Helps Private Tutors

Recurring Lessons

Book a lesson once and set it to repeat every week or every month, with an end date or a number of occurrences. To skip a single week you cancel only that one, and the rest stays (Professional plan and above).

Self-Booking and Online Lessons

One link to share, and clients pick an open hour without a conversation. For an online lesson you can add a Zoom link.

Client Card for Parent and Student

The client on the card can be the parent or the student, as you prefer, and reminders go to the phone number on the card. The student's name, grade, and subject are kept in custom fields (Professional plan and above), next to the visit history.

WhatsApp Reminders

A reminder before every lesson, at the time you choose, to the phone number on the client card (Basic plan and above).

Cancellation Policy and Waiting List

Set how long before the lesson a client can still cancel on their own (Basic plan and above). When a lesson opens up, the waiting list lets you offer it to another student. You can also move an appointment to another time, and the client gets a WhatsApp update.

Lesson Packages

Sell a package of several lessons from the client card. Every lesson that takes place deducts one entry, and the balance shows on the card. You can set a validity period in days (Professional plan and above).

Frequently Asked Questions

You create an appointment, turn on weekly or monthly repeating, and choose the days. You can set an end date or a number of occurrences, or leave the series open. Every occurrence is checked against your availability, so nothing is double-booked. To skip one week, you cancel that single occurrence and choose to change only it. Recurring appointments are available from the Professional plan.

Yes. The appointment is booked under whoever books, for example the parent, and reminders go to the phone number on their card. The student's name, grade, and subject can be kept in custom fields on the client card (from the Professional plan).

A cancellation policy sets how long before the lesson a client can still cancel on their own, and beyond that they contact you. You can offer the freed hour to a student on the waiting list, and you can move the lesson to another time from your open hours.

Yes. A punch card is a fixed number of prepaid entries, and every lesson deducts one. You sell it to the client from their client card, and the balance shows there. You can display a package on your booking page, but the purchase itself is made with you and not online. Packages are available from the Professional plan.

Yes. You can add a Zoom link to an appointment, and the feature is included even on the free plan.

There is a free plan with up to 15 bookings a month, and paid plans from ₪79 a month (Basic). The Professional plan is ₪129 a month and includes features such as recurring appointments, packages, and custom fields. There is a 14-day free trial. Updated October 1, 2026. Current prices and a plan-by-plan breakdown are on the pricing page.
