How to plan a day of travel
For a business that comes to the customer, the day planning screen orders your out-of-business appointments into a sensible driving order and shows how much time a better order saves.
Where to start
Calendar tab
Make sure the appointment has an address
When creating it, choose that it takes place at the customer and enter an address. The day planning screen only lists appointments at another address.
Open day planning
From the calendar, open day planning for the date you want.
Review the suggestion
The screen shows your stops in their current order, and if a shorter order exists it proposes it and shows how many driving minutes it saves.
Apply the new order
Confirming moves the appointments accordingly. Customers get an update about the new time if customer messages are on, so it is worth doing early in the day.
