How It Works
1. Set Working Hours
Define working days and hours per employee - Monday–Friday, 9:00–19:00 for example.
2. Define Services & Durations
Each service has a known duration - 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours. The system calculates slots accordingly.
3. Real-Time Calculation
When a client opens the booking page, the system calculates which slots are available - factoring in all existing appointments.
4. Buffer Between Appointments
Set buffer time after each appointment - for example 10 minutes to clean up and prepare for the next one.
