How to set your business hours

Business hours decide when customers can book at all. Anything outside them is simply never offered.

Where to start

  3. Set an opening and closing time for each day

Tap a time to open a clock and pick. Business hours are the outer boundary, and inside them Timing only offers customers the slots that are genuinely free.

  4. Mark your closed days

A day you do not work is marked closed and disappears from your booking page entirely.

  5. Save

A short confirmation appears at the bottom of the screen and the change takes effect immediately.

Tips from the field

Business hours belong to the business. A team member who works different hours can have personal hours set on their own card in the staff tab.

For a holiday or a single day off, do not change your business hours. Block the day instead, so every other week stays as it is.

If you take a fixed lunch break, a recurring time block is easier to manage than splitting your business hours in two.

Common questions

They stay in your calendar. Business hours only affect new bookings, and Timing never cancels an appointment a customer already had confirmed.

Yes. Set opening and closing times to exactly the window you want, for example 16:00 to 20:00.

That is called the "Booking Window" and it lives in availability settings, not here.
