  1. Create a new service

Name, price and duration, like any service. For example "Morning yoga".

  2. Turn on "Allow group booking"

The switch lives under "Advanced options". A group service is always a special event: customers register only for sessions you create in the calendar.

  3. Set the maximum participants

In the "Group settings" sheet, enter the number of spots per session and save.

  4. Create a session in the calendar

A new appointment with the group service. Without a session in the calendar, customers cannot register.

  5. Add participants

Open the participants list inside the appointment and add customers, existing or new. The counter shows how many spots remain.

  6. Leave registration open

With open registration, anyone visiting your booking page can grab a free spot. The calendar shows e.g. 2/8 with a sparkle mark.

Tips from the field

Group services are available on the Premium plan.

You can override capacity for a specific session without changing the service default.

A full session can take a waiting list, if you enabled it.

Common questions

Customers register only for sessions you created in the calendar. Create a session with the service and make sure registration is open.

Yes. Every session is a separate appointment with its own participant list.

Registration closes automatically. With an active waiting list, additional customers join the queue.
