How to edit your business page

Your business page is what a customer sees when they tap your link. You edit it on the page itself: tap a section and it opens for editing.

Where to start

The "Business" tab, then "Edit page"

  1. Open the page editor

From "Business", tap "Edit page". You are looking at your real page, exactly as customers see it.

  2. Tap the section you want to change

Every section is tappable: the main photo, your name and description, services, gallery, team, and hours. Tapping opens an editor for that one section.

  3. Start with the main photo

It is the first thing a customer sees, so it carries the most weight. A real photo of your space or your work beats a logo.

  4. Write a short description

Two or three lines explaining what you do and who for. No marketing slogans needed. Write it the way you explain it to a new customer on the phone.

  5. Switch to "Preview"

The toggle at the top switches between editing and preview. In preview you experience the page as a customer, without the editing markers.

Tips from the field

The completion meter at the top shows what is still missing. A complete page gets more bookings than a half empty one.

In the gallery, the photo you mark as the cover is the one that shows up in the WhatsApp link preview too.

Upload ordinary photos from your phone. If a picture looks good on your screen, it will look good on the page.

Common questions
