Waiting List
From the Professional plan (₪129 a month on the website), customers can join the waiting list for a time that is already taken, right on your booking page. From the Professional plan, when that appointment is cancelled, Timing books the time for the first customer on the waiting list whose service fits it and sends them a WhatsApp message, with no calls for you to make.

From the Professional plan, a customer on the waiting list sees only their own request, not who else is waiting
How It Works
1. Turn It On
From the Professional plan, turn the waiting list on in your settings. It stays off until you do.
2. The Customer Joins
From the Professional plan, while the waiting list is on, your booking page also shows taken times, and the customer picks one with a specific team member and joins its waiting list.
3. An Appointment Is Cancelled
From the Professional plan, when an upcoming appointment is cancelled, Timing goes through the waiting list in the order people joined and books the time for the first customer whose service fits it.
4. The Customer Hears About It
From the Professional plan, the customer from the waiting list gets a WhatsApp message, and a notification if they have the app. If you turned automatic booking off, the time waits for your approval.
