The Basic plan includes 300 marketing SMS a month, the Professional plan 1,000 and the Premium plan 2,000, and before your first campaign the Timing team approves your business once.

How It Works
1. Pick a Template
From the Basic plan, start from one of the five ready-made templates, such as a promotion, a thank-you or a holiday greeting, or write a new message.
2. Choose Who Gets It
From the Basic plan, the message goes only to customers who agreed to receive marketing. Filter regular customers (3 or more appointments) or those who visited in the last 30 days, search, or pick customers by hand.
3. Check the Preview
From the Basic plan, the preview shows exactly what the customer gets: the advertisement label, your business name, your phone and the opt-out link.
4. Send
From the Basic plan, the messages go out right away, and afterwards you see how many were sent and how many failed. From the Basic plan, before your first campaign, the Timing team approves your business once.

Do I need customers' consent before sending marketing messages?
Yes. Amendment 40 to the Communications Law (Israel's spam law) restricts sending advertising without consent, so from the Basic plan Timing sends marketing SMS only to customers who agreed to receive marketing. On the booking page a new customer ticks the consent box themselves, as it is never ticked in advance, and Timing saves it with the date.

The Basic plan includes 300 marketing SMS a month, the Professional plan 1,000 and the Premium plan 2,000. The send screen shows how many you have used. Once they run out, sending stops until next month or until you move to a higher plan: extra messages cannot be bought.

No. From the Basic plan, campaigns go out by SMS only. From a customer's card you can open a WhatsApp chat with that one customer.

No. Messages go out the moment you send them, and afterwards you see how many were sent and how many failed. Timing does not track reads or clicks.
