How to approve booking requests

With auto approval off, every customer booking waits for you. You approve it, reject it, or approve it with a different length.

  4. Tap "Confirm" or "Reject"

Both buttons sit at the bottom of the card. Confirming puts the appointment in your calendar and notifies the customer. Rejecting frees the slot.

  5. Or change the length before approving

A pending card has a small clock icon. Tapping it opens a duration picker, and saving approves the appointment at the new length. Useful when you know this particular job runs long or short.

Tips from the field

"Approve All" at the top of the list confirms everything at once after one extra confirmation.

If you find yourself approving nearly everything, consider turning on auto approval in availability settings. You save a step and your customer stops waiting.

A rejected request frees its slot immediately, and anyone else can take it.

Common questions

Yes. After booking they see that the request was sent and is pending, and they are notified when you approve.
